PROPIEDADES:

HEXA is a weak alkal ine accelerator for slow vulcanization. Vulcanization reaction started as soon as HEXA was added in, with a slow rate and a high degree of cross-linking of the vulcanizate . Thiol s , sulf e namide s , thiuram s and dithiocarbamate s are activators and secondary accelerators to HEXA contained rubber compounds. A sa formaldehyde donor , i t is especially suitable to adhesion between rubber and metal or steel cord with resorcinol . It can not lead to blooming a ppearance normally.

DOSIS:

0.6 - 0.8 phr with 3-4phr sulfur as a main accelerator of thick-walled products ; 1.3-1.6phr with 2.5-3.2phr Actmix ® R esorcinol -80 in adhesion system as a

f ormaldehyde donor.

APPLICATIONS:

Slow vulcanized rubber compounds, thick-walled products , rollers, light-colored or transparent products .

Dust free products with a complete filtration up to 100 µm, environment improver, health guard of operators.

Lower water absorption and effective guarantee of stability and activity of HMT due to pre-dispersed masterbatch .

Tack free products at room temperature (50℃), convenience and accuracy on ingredients.

Lower Mooney viscosity at lower temperature, higher quality of dispersion, no appearance of white-spot.

Filtro bloqueado sin impurezas sin productos extrusivos, reducción de la tasa de desecho y mayor productividad gracias a la filtración.
