PROPIEDADES:

MMBI-70 is a synergist for other antioxidants. Effect of antioxidants combined with MBI is usually better than that alone. It is a moderate non-contaminating antioxidant especially for rubber compounds contain ultra fast accelerator and heat-resistant rubber compounds with no sulfur but TMTD which is activated by MMBI. MMBI combined with CBS, MBT or thiurams, dithiocarbamate is an anti-scorcher and can improve processing safety and stability of rubber compounds in storage.

DOSIS:

0.6-1.5phr usually, 1-2phr as a heat-resisting improver.

APPLICATIONS:

Various transparent, white and colored rubber products, fabric coating, especially heat-resistant products.
