PROPIEDADES:
MBT is a quasi-ultrafast, multi-functional accelerator which has longer plateau of vulcani - z ing period to provide excellent physical and mechanical properties to vulcanizates. It is used as anti - scorch ing agent for sulfurless rubber compounds and as a vulcanization retarder for CR compounds. A lkaline accelerator s such as aldehyde-amines and guanidine s and thiurams , d ithiocarbamate s can activate MBT.
DOSIS:
Primary accelerator for NR and SBR: 1.0-2.0 phr with 2.0-3.0phr sulfur; for IIR: 0.5-1phr with 0.5-1.5 TMTD-80 and 1-2phr sulfur.
Aplicaciones:
Various industrial products such as hoses, conveyor belting, transmission belting, cable jackets.
